This is a concept design of a park which locates on a small island, which can only be achieved by plane or ship, in Beijing. We hope to bring people an experience that is deeply connected to nature on a spiritual sense, which will enrich this undeveloped land with the quality only this land can provide,

Our design centers on the sky—the vast, ever-present yet often overlooked element of nature. We believe that the sky symbolizes the future, the unknown, the infinite, and the boundless possibility. It is the most inseparable and yet distant realm in our daily lives. Therefore, we seek to initiate a profound dialogue with this remote nature: to feel it, and to truly experience it.

We hope to intertwine sky and earth with various earth-covered constructs that only open to the sky, fusing the attention towards sky and earth with spatial movement. Using precise geometric forms to frame the sky, evoking a supernatural, primordial power within the space. The volumes are subtly embedded within the island’s terrain, merging seamlessly with its natural undulations. This integration generates ever-changing sky imagery as visitors walk through the site—each step revealing a new perspective, forming a direct, bodily connection with nature itself.
